Description

Important changes are coming to the DocGen for Salesforce FedRAMP service. Your action may be required. On 2024/04/12, during a configuration change, DocGen for Salesforce FedRAMP outbound traffic was routed through a new IP address, 52.247.150.38. For the subset of our customers who are explicitly allowing IP addresses, this required a change in configuration to allow the new IP. To minimize future impact to customers, the operations team will be conducting further maintenance on the DocGen for Salesforce FedRAMP service to add two additional static outbound IP addresses. Please note: If your organization allows listed IP addresses for the DocGen for Salesforce FedRAMP service, you will need to ensure the following IP addresses are added to this allow list: 52.227.166.82 52.238.116.170
