[Identified] We are aware of an issue within the Microsoft Office 365 service that is preventing some customers from publishing workflows. This has been identified as an issue within the Microsoft Workflow Infrastructure impacting Nintex, SharePoint Designer and other 3rd party tools using Workflow Manager. Running of existing workflows is not impacted. The issue is currently being investigated by the Microsoft Engineering team. Nintex remains in contact with the Microsoft team and will post updates as we have them. Customers impacted by this issue should raise a ticket with Microsoft directly.
