[Identified] There is currently an issue that affects the Nintex Workflow Cloud Gateway Configuration App from connecting to the UK and Canada regions. There are no other impacts to the Gateway Service.

[Investigating] Our investigation thus far indicates the problem is wider than the task service. The list of actions possibly impacted with multiple executions :-
"Assign a task" and "Assign a task to multiple users"
OneDrive - Store, Copy, Move, Delete, Get, Sharelink, Get metadata for files ; Get, Create, Delete folder content
Docusign - Get Envelope, Get Signature
NintexSign - Get Agreement, Get Signature
Drawloop - Generate Document
"Pause For Duration"
This may cause duplicate execution of the above listed actions.
We are continuing to investigate the issue.
[Identified] We have identified an issue where Nintex Workflow Cloud data is not available within the Nintex Analytics Portal and Reports, the team are currently investigating the issue. Office 365 and On-Premises data is unaffected.
